- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance so we can secure your date and plan your design without rushing.
- What areas do you serve?
- We serve events within 15 miles of Oakland. We're happy to travel beyond that radius — a delivery fee applies based on distance.
- Do you require a deposit?
- Yes. A 25% deposit confirms your booking and is non-refundable if you cancel. If you need to change your date, a rescheduling fee applies.
- How does pricing work?
- Grab & Go garlands start at $150 (6ft, up to 3 colors). Full setups start at $420 and include one backdrop, 10ft of balloons, and one cutout or custom vinyl. Every event is different, so anything beyond these is custom quoted based on size, distance, and details.
